TimBits Thornbury Soccer 2009 Program

Season Kick-Off - June 3rd

Tim Bits Soccer kicked off in Thornbury Wednesday, June 3^rd at 6:00 PM at the Tomahawk Soccer Fields with 100 registered athletes receiving a TimBits jersey and cap. Co-conveners Don Stevens and Mary Lou Hibbard were on hand to welcome everyone, along with the Club’s Head Coach Peter Hibbard, U3-4 Head Coach Dwayne Harvey and U5-6 Head Coach Mike Ready. The program has doubled numbers for the past 3 seasons. 2008 saw 50 little athletes registered and 2007 there were 26 in the program. The program runs each Wednesday from June 3^rd until August 12^th at the Tomahawk fields. The TimBits athletes will go through a series of drills each week for an hour by rotating through different skill stations set up by the Coaches.
